Improper packaging of ESD sensitive (ESDS) components, assemblies and equipment resulting in hard and soft failures is extremely costly, to both manufacturers and consumers. The proper ESD packaging is essential to maintaining the integrity of your product.
For customers with products that are sensitive to static electricity and/or moisture vapor we offer:
- Metal-in and metal-out static shield bags
- Zipper-closure or tape-closure static shielding bags
- Amine-free “pink-poly” polyethylene (PE) anti-static and static dissipative bags
- Black conductive PE and other styles of ESD/static bags
- ESD-safe foil and metalized polyester (PET) moisture barrier bags
- Transparent moisture barrier bags, with low Moisture Vapor Transmission Rates (MVTR)
Where mechanical protection is required, MPK Flexibles offers anti-static and shielding bubble cushion pouches.

MPK-1000 Metal in Static Shielding Bags are transparent, metalized static shielding bags that provide a safe package for your ESD sensitive products. These bags are a four layer construction incorporating a polyester dielectric and metal layer to provide Faraday effect shielding of ESD and fields. Tribocharging is minimized by the specially processed polyethylene. The bags are available flat or with various style closures. MPK-1000 bags are coded for QC traceability.
MPK-1000Z – Metal In Static Shield Bag with Zipper Closure
